Hot! Gallery Satisfy Your Cravings with Raymi’s Ceviche Censation

Peruvian food lovers rejoice! Yesterday marked the start of Raymi Peruvian Kitchen & Pisco Bar‘s Ceviche Censation special. We were there to celebrate, as you can expect! Every Monday from 5-7:30 PM for the month of November, you can toast to endless portions of Raymi’s signature ceviches with all-you-can-drink pisco sours for a steal at $25.

cevicheEach week, the featured ceviche in the Ceviche Censation experience will rotate. This week was all about the Salmon ceviche with ginger, peanuts, sesame seeds, and won ton – and we were all about it.

PLUS: Starting today, November 5, the restaurant will also be expanding its already popular Tuesday Night (5-10 PM) Pig n’ Tails Menu (consisting of a variety of $8 pork dishes and $6 cocktails) with the addition of a Quarter Sucking Pig. For just $30 (half off the regular price), it’s a serving for 2-3 people that comes with tamal criolla, house made potato bread, charred scallions, and aji verde. A must try for the adventurous!

Grab your girlfriends or your man and make a date to enjoy Raymi’s ongoing experiences together. Each bite of the tart, delectably fresh ceviche dishes complemented by the citrus notes of the pisco sour are sure to delight and have you returning for more. Plus it’s the perfect meal to take your mind off of the cold outside!

RAYMI Peruvian Kitchen & Pisco Bar is located on 43 West 24th Street (at 6th Avenue). For reservations, call 212-929-1200 or book via opentable.com.
