Herno Celebrates First NYC Store
Herno is a stable destination for luxury outerwear; after all the company has been in business for 70 years. Founded by Giuseppe Marenzi, the company started by creating raincoats that have stood the test of time. Herno is now run by Claudio Marenzi–the founders youngest son– and who continues the brands commitment to innovation and offering timeless styles. While company has operated for generations, primarily in Italy, New York City denizens are only just now getting their very own outpost.
Herno opened its first stand alone store in Soho. The space features plush coaches, fancy decor and of course unlimited selection of outwear. To celebrate the opening the company held a party. In attendance were Robert Verdi, Logan Horne, Maury Hopson, Logan Jackson, Ric Pipino, Antoine Verglas, and featured the sounds of Paul Sevigny with Sophie and Wolfgang Sevigny.
