El Cráneo Blanco

Tres Agaves Reposado Tequila
1Ž2 part Mezcal
3Ž4 part Fino Sherry
1Ž2 part pear liqueur

Directions:Stir ingredients and strain over large ice cube. Garnish with a lemon twist (optional).

Pumpkin Harvest
2 oz Amaro Montenegro
0.75 oz lime juice
1 oz pumpkin puree
1 oz Coco Lopez
Pumpkin Spice

Directions: Add all ingredients and one cup crushed ice to a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a small hurricane glass and garnish with a float of dark rum and pumpkin spice.

Apple Barrel

2 parts Hornitos® Black Barrel® Tequila
1 part apple cider
Âľ part fresh lime juice
½ part maple syrup
3 dashes Angostura® bitters
Apple slice

Directions: Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with an apple slice.

Purple Haze Martini

2 parts Pinnacle® Original Vodka
2 parts DeKuyper® Pucker® Grape Schnapps
Splash Sour Mix
Splash Lemon-Lime Soda

Directions: Add ingredients to an ice-filled shaker. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.

The Darke Daiquiri

1 Part Jägermeister
1 Part Aged Rum
Âľ part fresh Lime Juice
Âľ part 1-1 Simple Syrup
½ Part Egg White
1 Capsule Activated Charcoal
Glass: 5-7 oz Coup
Garnish: Orange Oil and Peel
Method: Shake & Strain

The Sacrifice

2 oz PatrĂłn Extra Anejo*
1/2  oz Patrón Aged Orange Liquor*
1/4  oz Simple Syrup
1 1/2 teaspoons Orange Juice
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Directions: Combine ingredients in a shaker tin with ice and shake until chilled. Strain and serve up into a chilled Nick & Nora or coupe glass with twist of lemon.

Pumpkin Flip
1.25 oz. NOLET’S Silver Dry Gin
1 oz. Pumpkin Puree
1 Whole Egg
.5 oz. Maple Syrup
1 Bar Spoon Sugar
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Dry shake until emulsified (about one minute). Add ice and shake again, vigorously. Double strain into a martini glass. Dust the top with nutmeg to garnish.

Woodford Reserve Apple Cider

4 ounces hot fresh apple cider
2 ounces Woodford Reserve
*1 ounces brown sugar syrup (recipe below)
For the syrup: Combine equal parts water and brown sugar. Bring to a boil until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool.

Directions: Shake all ingredients with ice and pour into a tall glass.

Belvedere Bitter Berries

1 oz Belvedere Wild Berry
1 oz Averna
Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic

Directions: Add Belvedere Wild Berry and Averna to a highball glass. Add ice and top with Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic. Garnish with a lemon wheel and berry.

Papa’s Pumpkin Pie

1 3/4 oz. Don Papa Rum
1/2 oz. Pumpkin puree
1/2 oz. Pumpkin spice syrup
Two dashes of orange bitters
3/4 oz. Lime juice
Mint sprig and icing sugar

Directions:Shake & serve!
