ABSOLUT TUNE Debuts with a Wild Party… and Yes Rita Ora Performed.
Last night, our night ended with us trapped in an elevator packed with people, who obviously had too much drink, and a floor full of gold confetti. True story, and surprisingly we didn’t mind.
It all happened at The Standard Hotel’s elevator after full night of unabashed revelry where no detail (including custom Charlotte Ronson lipsticks in the bathroom) was spared by ABSOLUT for its launch party for Tune. The new addition “brings together two best-in-class elements: a fruit-forward Sauvignon Blanc from the world-renowned Marlborough region of New Zealand and ABSOLUT®, the world’s most iconic vodka,” is delightful; at every turn guests were seen enjoying the sweet drink, as music from DJ Samantha Ronson blasted at the Boom Boom Room, and the tunes from Cory Kennedy had crowd jamming at the Le Bain. The musical selection also featured a very special performance from Rita Ora. Her soulful voice filled the room as she belted her current hit “How We Do (Party).”
In addition to the Rita Ora, other notables in attendance at the ABSOLUT TUNE launch party included Solange, Hilary Rhoda, and Charlotte Ronson.
