Old Navy Has What it Takes to Make Fall 2010 Fashionable
A couple of weeks ago, I received an invitation to attend a preview for Old Navy Fall 2010 Essentials and check out the new “Jet Sweaters, Citizen Cargos, Cardi Cocktail Cardigans and Prep Coats.” As an added bonus, the invitation continued, attendees would have the opportunity to style and take home an outfit using the essentials pieces AND ham it up for the camera in the newly created ensemble. With the promise of a revamped wardrobe and an opportunity to be on camera, the invitation was too enticing to resist. Naturally I went and previewed Old Navy’s Fall collection.
I was pleasantly surprised with the selection. The cool wares brought back memories of my love for Old Navy. In High School – my wardrobe mainly consisted of Old Navy clothes. So much so, that my friends referred to me as the “Old Navy princess.” Seriously – don’t judge.
This time I fell in love with the Multi Stripe Women’s Long Tie-Belt Wrap “Jet Sweater ($20)” It’s so comfortable and perfect for layering. I paired the sweater with the Women’s The Flirt Skinny Jeans ($25) (slightly short for me but still super cool), a Women’s Perfect V-Neck Tee ($7.50), and a funky necklace. The entire look is under $80. Now, that’s what I call a bargain.
