Hot! TGIF Cocktail Recipes of the Day: Celebrating National Daiquiri Day

We don’t have to tell that you there’s a day for everything. Some are ones that we just have to celebrate. And, tomorrow is National Daiquiri Day. Here’s a brief history on the cocktail famously enjoyed by writer Hemingway, the Daiquiri researchers claim was created in Cuba by Jenning Cox , an American mining engineer in the late 1800s from which it got its name.  In fact, Daiquiri’ is a small village in Cuba. Usually, the recipe calls for rum, lime and sugar but here we have a mix of other spirits and mixers. So enjoy. Happy Celebrating.
