TGIF Cocktail Recipe of the Day:1800 Summer Smash

Hi Again. We are back celebrating the weekend. It is time. As a country, the past few months have been difficult but we are making progress and things are looking up. Bars are opening. People are planning vacations. In short, things are slowly returning to normal, what that is.

So, lets toast to the official start of summer with this delicious bash.

1800 Summer Smash

2 oz. 1800 Silver
¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
¾ oz. simple syrup
1 muddled strawberry

Directions: Muddle one strawberry in the bottom of a cocktail shaker, then all other ingredients and shake with ice. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass and garnish with a strawberry slice.
