TGIF Cocktail Recipe of the Day: Lets Celebrate Dads
Father’s day is coming. If you love your dad, like we do, naturally, this calls for a celebration. Whether you’re having a low-key day at home, or a big party, or having your favorite dads over for dinner we’ve got some cocktail recipes to make your celebrations extra special.
2 parts GREY GOOSE® Original
2 parts Orange Juice
2 parts Pineapple Juice2Parts
1 part Lemon-Lime Soda
Directions: Mix GREY GOOSE® Vodka with pineapple and orange juices. Top with lemon-lime soda and present with a lemon slice.
2 oz Inniskillin Vidal
1 oz gin
1.5 oz peach nectar
Top with soda
Lemon wheel and a peach wedge
Glassware: Highball with pellet ice
Directions: Combine all ingredients except the soda in a mixing glass, add ice, shake, strain over fresh ice into a highball glass, top with soda and garnish.
1½ parts D'USSÉ™ Cognac
1 part DISARONNO Originale Liqueur
2 parts pineapple juice
Dash Angostura aromatic bitters
Directions: Shake and strain over ice in a rock glass. Garnish with lime wedge.
one part Sailor Jerry
one part Ice Tea
one part Lemonade
garnish with lemon wedge and mint sprig
Directions: Combine ingredients and serve.
1 oz. Campari
1 oz. MARTINI Sweet Vermouth
Directions: Pour the Campari and Sweet Vermouth into highball glass filled with ice and stir. Top up with soda water and garnish an orange wedge and lemon twist.
Sunny Weather (Beltempo)
1.5 oz Ruffino Prosecco
1/4 oz Campari
1/2 oz St. Germain Elderflower liqueur
1.5 oz grapefruit juice
Directions:Pour a small amount of Ruffino Prosecco over ice in a Collins glass. Add remaining ingredients. Top off with more Ruffino Prosecco as needed.
2 oz Purity® Vodka
1/8 oz Wash of aquavit
3 Slices of cucumber
1 Small sprig of dill
Directions: Add the aquavit to a cocktail shaker glass and roll around. Shake out any excess. Drop in the cucumber slices and press with a muddler to release the juices. Measure in the vodka and fill with ice. Cap and shake vigorously. Double strain into a martini glass and garnish with a small sprig of dill.
1-1/2 ounces Alizé COCO Pineapple
3/4 ounce apricot liqueur
3/4 ounce cream
1 ounce pineapple juice
Directions: Shake, strain into coupe glass, garnish with pineapple wedge and candied apricot.
1 ½ parts BOMBAY SAPPHIRE East Gin
1 ½ parts Tonic water
¾ parts MARTINI® Bianco Vermouth
1 part Fresh lemon juice
½ part Simple syrup
Directions: Fill a Collins glass with ice and build drink in the glass. Stir, lay a thin cucumber wedge over the top, douse with Angostura bitters and serve.
2½ parts DEWAR’S® 18 or DEWAR’S® 12 Blended Scotch Whisky
¾ parts MARTINI® Sweet Vermouth
Dash of Angostura Bitters
1 twist of orange peel
Directions: Combine DEWAR’S®, Vermouth and bitters with 2–3 ice cubes in a mixing glass. Stir gently to avoid bruising the spirits and clouding the drink. Place the cherry in a chilled martini cocktail glass and strain the whisky mixture over the cherry. Rub the cut edge of the orange peel over the rim of the glass and twist it over the drink to release the oils
