Aperol Spritz
3 Parts Cinzano Prosecco
2 Parts Aperol
1 Dash Soda
Ice and a slice of Orange
Directions: Pour the Prosecco, Aperol and a dash of soda into an ice-filled balloon wine glass and stir. Garnish with an orange slice.
Summer Negroni

.5 oz. Strawberry-Infused Campari
.5 oz. Strawberry-Infused Aperol
1 oz. Cinzano Bianco
1 oz. Gin
Directions: Stir and strain over one large ice cube. Garnish with an orange twist and a slice of strawberry
Patrón Mojito
1.5 oz Patrón Silver
1 cut Lime
1 oz Simple Syrup
Club Soda
6-8 Fresh Mint Leaves
Lime wedge for garnish
Directions: In a tall glass, muddle mint leaves, lime, and simple syrup. Add a cup of ice and Patrón Silver, and top with club soda. Stir gently. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Island Time Spritz
1 part Sugar Island Coconut Rum
1 part Pineapple Juice
¾ part Lemon Juice
¾ part Aperol
¼ Simple Syrup
Sparkling Rose
Combine together over ice. Garnish with pineapple chunks on a skewer.
Cruzan® Black Cherry Avalanche
1 Part Cruzan® Black Cherry Rum
1 Part DeKuyper® Michigan Cherry Schnapps Liqueur
Lime Wedges
Mint Spring
Black Cherries
Directions: Pack rocks glass with shaved ice. Slowly pour chilled spirits over the ice. Squeeze lime on top. Garnish with sprig of mint and a black cherry.
LA FORTUNA (THE FORTUNE)
2 parts Tequila Herradura Silver
1 part Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
½ - ¾ part Agave Nectar (to taste)
1part Pomegranate Juice
Directions: Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake hard so that some of the ice melts, then strain over fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Absolut “Memorial Punch”
2 parts Absolut
1 parts Lemonade
1 part watermelon juice
Frozen blueberries and strawberries, lemon wheels, mint sprigs
Directions: Combine all ingredients over large chunks of ice. Decorate with the above garnishes.
First Blush
1 ½ parts Courvoisier® VSOP
1/2 part apricot brandy
1/4 part lime juice
4 lime wedges
Garnish: 1 lime
Directions: Build in Boston shaker, add ice, and squeeze in limes, shake and pour into glass. Top with Sparkling wine.
Tanqueray No. TEN Green Machine
1.25 ounces Tanqueray No. TEN
3 ounces Green Juice
Mint Spring for garnish
Ice
Directions: Blend greens, apple and lemon together to create pressed juice. Pour green juice into glass, add Tanqueray No. TEN and stir. Garnish with a celery stalk or mint sprig.
Watermelon Crush

2 parts Ménage à Trois Vodka
3-4 pieces Watermelon
½ part Hibiscus Syrup (Boil hibiscus tea; once hot, add in equal parts white sugar to the tea and let dissolve)
¾ part Lime Juice
½ part Coconut Water
Directions: Muddle watermelon and combine all ingredients. Shake and strain into a highball. Garnish with a thin watermelon slice.
