Hot! Gallery Cocktails Ideas for Your Memorial Day Weekend and Summer Barbecues

Memorial Day Weekend is here – you know what that means drinking time! We like to stick to cold, crisp, and refreshing cocktails that go well with bathing and basking in the summer sun on the beach, in the park, or simply in your own backyard. In preparation for the long holiday weekend, we have gathered some recipes to help you refresh and relax as you barbecue, hang with friends…and inevitably peruse the local mattress sales or whatever happens to you after having too much fun (and don’t blame us if you happen to drunk text your ex #justaying).  Lorna & Melanie

SL East drink

Belvedere Lemon Tea Breeze
2oz Belvedere Lemon Tea
2oz Coconut water
2oz Cloudy apple
(Optional apple garnish)
Directions: Build in an ice filled 10oz highball glass.


SL East's Sweet Savannah
2oz Absolut Wild Tea
1oz St. Germain
1oz. Peach Juice
Minced mint leaves
Directions: Add all ingredients stir with crushed ice and strain into Mason Jar
Garnish: Mint leaf on top

The Highball
4oz NUVO Lemon Sorbet
1 ½ oz pomegranate juice
1 ½ oz gin
Directions: Combine ingredients and serve over ice in a tall glass and garnish with fresh fruit

Chandon Skinny Dip
1/2 oz Gin
1/3 oz St Germain
1/2 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
Dash of simple syrup
Top with Chandon Brut Classic
Serve in a flute glass
