Donna Karan Creates Limited-Edition Scarf to Benefit Nancy Davis Foundation for MS.
I’ve been a fan of Donna Karan every since I can remember. The DKNY ad that covered the north wall of 600 Broadway was a big part of my life because when I used to go shopping, the sign served as a meeting place for my friends and me. Now, that it’s gone SoHo is not the same and there’s a void in my life. Now, while the sign is gone, my affection for Donna Karan has not changed not only because continues she to design great clothes but also because of her commitment to helping others. Her charitable contributions included supporting Haitian causes and most most recently supporting the “Orange You Happy to Erase MS” campaign. Karan, is supporting the camgaign by creating a bright orange limited-edition scarf where 25% of the net sales will be donated to the Nancy Davis Foundation for MS.
The scarf ($295) is available via the Erase MS website. Where you will notice, today May 18, California peeps, are planning a huge fundraising event for the charity. Should you be in the area – stop by.
