Get the Look: Salma Hayek’s Oscar’s Glow
Salma Hayek‘s look from last night’s Academy Awards strayed from her usual penchant for va-va-voom, skin-showing kinds of dresses. But no matter: we thought she knocked it out of the park with her Alexander McQueen dress with gold, baroque-inspired detailing that still showed off her famous curves (but left more to the imagination this time around).
The credit for Salma’s gorgeous glowing skin goes to Jo Strettel, makeup artist for St. Tropez, who used two products to get the star red carpet ready.
Strettel applied the St. Tropez Self Tan Bronzing Mousse with the Applicator Mitt to create a base tan and bronzed skin tone the day before the awards. On the day of, she then applied St. Tropez Gradual Tan PLUS Firming Body Lotion by buffing the lotion into the skin with the Applicator Mitt to enhance the subtle bronze glow with what she calls “an instant hit of radiance.”
