The Most Star-Studded Parties of Art Basel 2012

Chanel hosted a star-studded beachside barbecue for Art.sy at the Soho Beach House Miami. Guests included Demi Moore, Mia Moretti, Pharrell Williams, Naomi Campbell and more. The associated auction raised more than $1 million to benefit the Dash Snow Initiative for the Henry Street Settlement.

Soho Beach House did it again with the Veuve Cliquot White Cube Party. Russell Simmons, Chelsea Handler and Damien Hirst joined in on the artsy fun, and there was a special performance by Wild Belle.

Dom Pérignon introduced their newest wine, the Luminous Rosé. This modern rendition features a button wired to make the iconic crest glow for hours in the dark. The mechanics, which are strategically hidden under the bottle, are waterproofed ensuring the bubbles can be chilled while illuminated. Lighting up the night Dom Pérignon Luminous Rosé pays homage to creator Dom Pierre Pérignon’s famous quote "Come quickly, I am drinking the stars!" Guests of the launch dinner and party included Scott Disick, Kourtney and Kim Kardashian, Vera Wang, Kanye West and more.

Diane Von Furstenberg, gathered a slew of notables including, Andre Balazs, Chelsea Handler, Ali Kay, Alex von Furstenberg, Dori Cooperman, Genevieve Jones, Hamish Bowles, Lily Kwong, River Viperi, Russell Simmons, Ben Pundole, Lorenzo Martone, Waris Ahluwalia, Johan Lindeberg, Caitlin Moe, and Chelsea Leyland, to help her celebrate the limited edition bottle with evian.   Guests enjoyed a special luncheon at Miami’s Soho Beach House and obviously lots of H2O.

Net-a-Porter and Visionaire, one the biggest of the festival. Famous faces--Cynthia Rowley, Celia Dean, Lorenzo Martone, Russel Piccione, Hilary Rhoda, Dita Von Teese, Riccardo Tisci, Richard Phillips, Bill Powers, Gavin Brown, Josephine Meckseper, and many other fashion names, engaged in a posh free-cyle of sorts. They brought items they no longer needed to trade in for another item. The bash also featured an interactive art installation by multi-media artist Jonathan Horowitz. Held at  Hyde Beach at the SLS Hotel South Beach guests also sipped on Veuve Clicquot.
