Hot! Yas! Miracle of Madison Avenue is Happening This Saturday

madmap_smallThis Saturday, the 28th annual Miracle on Madison Avenue is going down this Saturday, December 6, 10am-5pm. The event one of New York City’s most beloved philanthropic holiday shopping traditions will see 85 prestigious brands opens its door.
Participating retailers and businesses on Madison Avenue between 57th and 86th Streets will donate 20% of sales that day to The Society of Memorial Sloan Kettering (MSK), a volunteer-led organization within Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center dedicated to promoting the well-being of patients, supporting cancer research, and providing public education on the early prevention, detection, and treatment of cancer. Funds raised during Miracle on Madison will specifically benefit pediatric initiatives, and last year over $225,000 was raised.
Up and down the Avenue, refreshments will be served and holiday choirs will sing, spreading holiday cheer and guaranteeing a spirited day of shopping and good will. Members of The Society of MSK’s Host Committee and The Society’s President Martha Glass will join Town & Country editors to greet and thank shoppers in participating boutiques.
