Target fashion game is on point. Its hard to dispute this, especially with the company’s wildly successful collabs with mainstream designers. And, now it seems the company is setting its sight on taking over the beauty world. In recent months, Target launched a series of quality brands at an affordable price.

Here’s a run down at what’s new on Target beauty aisles.


Dessange— Popular among Parisian women, Dessenge, the official partner of the Cannes film festival– made its debuts stateside much delight to lovers of the brand. The new offerings, which retail from $9.99 to $11.99, include 14 products across four collections- California Blonde, Solar Blonde Naturale, Salon Color Restore and Oleo Miracle-offer luxurious product at wallet friendly prices. Depending on the product you select: it can protect and preserve hair color; moisturize, restore hair fiber while adding much needed hair shine, repair the damage created from over processing/heat damage and so much more. The “secret sauce” are the top notch ingredients including B5, great oils such as argan, camelia and pracaxi oils.

Favorite product– Dessange Paris Oleo Miracle Replenishing Oil, a yummy smelling serum that that works on all air types and works on both wet and dry hair.Try it, you won’t go wrong.


Skinfix®– Created from a family recipe over 150 years ago by pharmacist Thomas Dixon in Yorkshire, England to soothe and calm even the most stubborn skin, the “paste” soon found a dedicated and loyal audience in Canada. After a successful run, Skinfix is testing the waters in the USA market with an exclusive deal with target. Skinfix three products–Body Repair Balm and Hand Repair Cream ($17.99 each for a  2 oz. tube) and Daily Lotion (for a 12 oz. pump bottle for $24.99) are gentle enough for people suffering from such ailments as eczema, skin prone to rash, dry skin and dermatitis. Despite the gentle formulation, these products pack a powerful punch. In fact the signature product, the Body Repair Balm contains no water and uses 2% colloidal oatmeal (more than similar products created to treat similar skin ailments). The seven product line retails from $14 to $32 includes a cleanser, toner, cream (moisturizer), makeup remover, exfoliant, body scrub, and lip balm flights. And contain no unpronounceable ingredients. In fact each product in the line features less than five sustainable sourced ingredients. These products are not only good for you but also good for the environment.


NUXE—  This luxury brand popular in France due to its dulcet scented multitasking oils that soothe dry skin without leaving a greasy residue. Its no wonder, the products are a top seller in the country. And, now US residents will experience the line. The line of 15 products, which retails from $19 to $41, includes the Huile Prodigieuse dry oils (the “holy grail”), a variety of creams and cleansers.
