New Speakeasy Opens In Tribeca
Tribeca’s Church Street Tavern is now home Bandit’s Roost, a new speakeasy catered to a rarefied group of NYC nightlife frequent flyers. The speakeasy, which got its name from the iconic 1888 Jacob Riis photograph of a gangster-ridden alleyway in NYC, features vintage photographs on the wall, plush coaches, and a festive but intimate atmosphere. The perfect playground for an raucous night, admittance is granted only to guests who know the nights code.

To celebrate the opening, staffers from Bandit’s Roost, hosted a grand opening celebration. Guests naturally were given a code to party with Vincent Piazza of Boardwalk Empire fame who served as the night’s host, dance to a well curated musical set from DJ Don Juan, and of course drinks specialty drink featuring Ketle One. Piazza, was joined by his VIP (his girlfriend) both of whom were spotted enjoying the festivities with their very own table service.
