Jennifer Hudson Graces the December Ebony Cover
A svelte Jennifer Hudson snagged the December/January issue of Ebony magazine, and dare we say it- she looks phenomenal. In the issue, Hudson, chats about her infant son David Jr., life with long-term fiancée, David Otunga, weight loss, and the tragic day her life changed forever.
Here’s some of what she had to say.
On her her Weight loss:
I am going to finally address that size-zero thing that Joy [Behar] said on The View. Hell I wasn’t even on the show. I never said I was a size zero. I got crucified by I don’t know how many people who cussed me out because they said I’m putting out the wrong message and telling people to be a size zero. I got called every name under the sun and was told, ‘You should be ashamed of yourself for talking about being that size.’ Well, honey, when I do say I’m that size, then give me that speech. I never said that.
Why she survived the tragic shooting that took the lives of her mother, brother and young nephew:
” [David] wanted me to come out to Florida with him instead of going to Chicago…” she shared “I flew out to see him; that’s why I’m still here. I’ve never said that before, and I can’t believe I just said that now,” she said. “But I didn’t know. He was just like, ‘I’m going to this wrestling thing, and it’s in Tampa. I’m going out there now, so you can come out there and see me versus going home.”
