Salted Karamel Martini

*Crafted by Caterina Miltenberger*

1 ¼ oz. Sobieski Karamel Vodka
¾ oz. coffee tequila
2 oz. half & half
½ oz. simple syrup
1 oz. caramel syrup (set aside 1/2 for topping)
1 dash of kosher salt
Whipped cream
Directions: Add ingredients in a mixing glass with fresh ice. Shake vigorously & strain into a martini glass. Garnish with whipped cream, followed by a drizzle of caramel and kosher salt.

CAMUS Cider
1 oz. CAMUS VS Elegance Cognac
3 oz. apple cider
1 oz. cranberry juice

½ oz. honey
1 teaspoon nutmeg
Cinnamon sticks for garnish

Directions: Heat the apple cider, cranberry and nutmeg. Add the CAMUS VS Elegance and honey; garnish with a cinnamon stick.

SPIKED APPLE
1 oz. Ketel One® Vodka
½ oz. Stirrings® Apple Liqueur
1 oz. apple cider
½ oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake over ice. Pour contents into a rocks glass. Garnish with an orange slice.

SMASHING PUMPKIN

2 oz. (60 ml) BULLDOG Gin
3 oz. (90 ml) Pumpkin Puree
.5 oz. (15 ml) Simple Syrup
Dash of Vanilla Extract
Sprig of Rosemary for Garnish

Directions: Combine all ingredients. Top of with garnish

Ginger Spice Spritz

4 pieces fresh ginger
2 oz Inniskillin Riesling
1.5 oz pear nectar (muddled fresh pears or pre-made peach juice; can substitute apple cider as well)
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Dust with nutmeg
Pear slice

Directions: In the mixing glass muddle ginger, add remaining ingredients, add ice, shake, strain over fresh ice into a highball glass and garnish. Serve in a rocks glass over ice.

Pumpkin Spice Martini
1 ½ parts Skinnygirl Bare Naked Vodka
1 part canned unsweetened pumpkin
¾ part fat free sweetened condensed milk
¾ part unsweetened almond milk
½ TBSP pumpkin pie spice

Directions: Shake ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.

Avión Autumn Apple

1 oz. Avión Reposado
1 oz. Fresh Pressed Apple Juice
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz. Agave Nectar

Directions: Combine all ingredients in shaker, shake vigorously. Fine strain over fresh ice. Garnish with cinnamon stick or apple slice.

Basil Hayden’s Autumn Harvest

2 Parts Basil Hayden’s Bourbon®
3⁄4 parts Heering® Cherry Liquor
1 dash Fee Brothers® Old Fashioned Aromatic Bitters 2 parts Milk Stout Beer
Fresh Nutmeg

Directions: Combine Basil Hayden’s, cherry liquor and bitters in a mixing glass. Add ice and shake. Roll in the milk stout beer. Strain into an old fashioned glass with ice. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and cherry on top.

Cidra al Ron (Served Warm or cold)
1 1/2 oz Caliche.
1/2 oz Applejack.
1 1/2 oz Unfiltered Apple cider.
3/4 oz of Lemon juice.
Lemon wheel & cinnamon stick for garnish.

Directions: (Cold version ) In a cocktail shaker combine the caliche, apple cider, lemon juice and applejack. Fill with ice and shake until well chilled, strain into an ice filled highball glass, dust with a fresh grate of cinnamon, garnish with a lemon wheel and a cinnamon stick.

Hot Version: For the hot version use pippin hot cider and build directly on a heat resistant mug.

BARON MANILLOW

1 ½ oz tequila
1 oz tequila
1oz combier
1 oz pear Juice
1 splash lime juice
3oz Sparkling wine

Directions: Place ice in a shaker and shake. Mix remaining ingredients in a small liquid measure and stir together. Pour over ice and serve with a straw. Lime Wheel Garnish.
