President Barack Obama Creates History on Twitter

When president Barack Obama won in 2008, many credited his win to his ability to interact with young people. He, after all, was the first presidential hopeful to join twitter. He now has over 22 million followers on the social site. Now, that’s impressive but President’s history making   on the platform is not quite over. According to several source the above picture, which was tweeted by staffers on his behalf, is most tweeted picture EVER.  At press time, it had over half a million RTs. Now, that’s the power of social media.
