Brooke Shields Lunches and Supports American Cancer Society’s Mothers of the Year
Brooke Shields is a lady who lunches, naturally. Earlier this week, Shields, joined more than two hundred high-profile, social and corporate women including Amanda Hearst and Jay McInerney for a charitable lunch benefiting American Cancer Society. Held at the Plaza Hotel the 18th annual Mothers of the Year Awards Luncheon, honored Anne Hearst McInerney and Elisa Port, MD for their work with American Cancer Society. The lady lunchers also lauded the late Cynthia Lufkin for her tirelessly charitable work.
Proceeds from the lunch will benefit the American Cancer Society’s lifesaving and life-enhancing programs in cancer research, patient services, advocacy, and educational campaigns.
