First Look: Rafaella Spring 2012

Recently we stopped by Rafaella‘s showroom for a sneak peek at the Spring 2012 collection. The verdict: make room in your closet for the collection because it’s that sweet; you’ve been warned.

Rafaella Creative Director-Richard Metzger‘s spring collection is filled with complementary silhouettes for just about every body type; yet it include designs which are chic and modern so there’s truly a piece for every gal.

The collection of flirty dresses features a great mix of fabrics (including silks and cotton) often paired with bright and bold colors. Look for cool details on said dresses such as asymmetrical ruffle accents, lace details or intricate back designs. Also expect a strong selection of tops, including our favorite– a scoop neck blouse. The top which comes in five delicious colors– is perfect for pairing with either a pencil skirt or a pair of skinny jeans. We obviously want all of the colors.

The collection also includes an entire section devoted to white pieces; the sect features skirts, pants and tops, all with interesting touches for the modern woman. Lastly, there’s a selection of nautical inspired pieces which are absolutely darling as the rest of the collection.
