Vera Bradley Celebrates the Opening of their Flagship Store

Vera Bradley‘s colorful array of printed handbags are slowly disappearing. In their place shoppers will see a new selection of accessories with modern silhouettes paired with a slew of neutral colors. The change as you would imagine, is an effort to attract new customers and remain competitive in the increasingly crowded market. If the flagship store that recently opened in SoHo is any indication of success, the newly improved look, seems to resonate with shoppers.
Located in 411 West Broadway, the new store concept houses a great assortment of merchandise along with exclusive product offering. To celebrate the new store, which also introduces the brands new logo, Vera Bradly staffers invited a coterie of fashion insiders to a VIP party featuring a bright pink carpet through a customized butterfly garland arch inspired by the custom hand painted butterfly wallpaper. The soirée included the sounds of DJ, Chelsea Leyland, light bites and of course a lots of bubbles.
In attendance were Rob Wallstorm, Olivia Culpo, Theresa Palermo, Sue Fuller and Harry Cunningham along with Vera Bradley’s co-founder and Chief Creative Officer, Barbara Bradley Baekgaard.
