Peter Pilotto Coming to Target… Who Is Excited?
Just mere hours after debuting their line with Phillip Lim (and one of our favorites collab in a long time), Target announced their partnership with Peter Pilotto at the company’s London show. The brand a red carpet favorite among starlets like Kerry Washington, Kristen Stewart, Miranda Kerr, Kate Bosworth, Sienna Miller and Emma Watson and is known for their imaginative use of prints and bold colors. So we expect this collection follow in the successful footsteps of previous designer collabs. Well played Target!
“By working with Target, we’re able to broaden our reach and bring our design aesthetic to an entirely new audience,” said Peter Pilotto. “This is a pivotal moment for our brand. Our collection for Target embodies the elegance and spirit of our own line, but makes it accessible to everyone,” added designer partner Christopher De Vos.
The 70 piece collection featuring women’s apparel, accessories and swimwear, will arrive at most stores and online on the Feb. 9, 2014. And unlike the Lim collection which featured higher priced apparel items, the Peter Pilotto for Target collection will mostly include items costing less than $60 but capping at $79.95 and with the lowest item costing $14.99.
