Kate says, "Drink plenty of water and use a product with hyaluronic acid to start replacing some of the dehydration in the skin. This is especially important when you’re travelling- I always bring DermalQuench Liquid Lift with me."

Limit sugar and caffeine intake as much as possible.

Place 2 spoons in the fridge or freezer for 15-30 minutes and then use them to gently rub in your eye cream. The cold metal will help de-puff your eyes and reduce tired circles.

You can also use green tea bags in a similar way- steep two bags of green tea in hot water and allow them time to cool. Lie down and place one bag over each eye. The caffeine in the tea will help tighten the tissue and reduce puffiness.
