Carol’s Daughter Hosts Mixology Party to introduce Monoi Repairing Spray
Last week we were privileged to attend the Carol’s Daugher mixology event at the elegant Distilled space in Tribeca. This event served as the unveiling of Carol’s Daughter’s newest product in the Monoi Collection. The Monoi Repairing Anti-Breakage spray is a light hair oil that acts as a leave-in conditioner for both wet and dry hair. How convenient! It is a multi-use product, as it helps detangle hair and prevents shedding due to hair damage.
“Tiaré Buds are placed in the oil on their eight or ninth day of their cycle so that they actually bloom inside of the oil,” says Carol’s Daugher founder Lisa Price.
This process is upheld by the Monoi Institute for authenticity. A simple agitation of the bottle combines this lovely Tahitian blend of Tiaré Gardenia, Coprah Coconut Oil and Coconut Water. A few simple sprays and you are all set – and smelling absolutely great too. A delicate and refreshing coconut scent is subtle and feminine.
Lovely ladies in attendance were treated to a mixology demonstration of several fun cocktails including the TriBeCan, a drink similar to the Manhattan but with a unique TriBeCa flare — consisting of Bourbon, Carpano Antica, Chocolate Bitters, Lemon Oil – boy was it delish!
