Hot! Gallery Here’s How Iconic Car MOKE Made its U.S. Debut

You know the iconic heritage car made famous by Brigitte Bardot in St. Tropez? It may have been 40ish years ago when she was packed in the car surrounded by dogs in it, and damn did it look stylish. In honor of Bastille Day, Moke International descended upon Harbor East in East Hampton last weekend to celebrate its official U.S. debut.

Though the look and feel is of the ultimate beach status, the Moke car is actually street legal! In honor of the fete, guests including model Tania Deighton and TV personality James Campbell enjoyed craft cocktails thanks to Flor de Caña premium rum, Vrac Rosé from Provence, and hors d’oeuvres from Harbor East. Attendees also had the chance to check out the legendary Moke cars in three different colors, displayed outside of the venue.

Hampton hot spot Harbor East is located at 44 Three Mile Harbor RD. East Hampton, NY.
