Did you know that there’s such a thing as National Mojito day? NO? Well, you’re in luck because you have plenty of time to prepare for the day which is on July 11th.  Honor, the day with these cool cocktails. Happy Early National Mojito Day. Cheers.

Blueberry Mojito

2 oz Van Gogh Açai -Blueberry Vodka
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
10 Mint Leaves
10 Fresh Blueberries
Club Soda

Directions: Muddle mint leaves, blueberries, and simple syrup in cocktail shaker. Fill with ice, add the vodka and lime juice and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass and top with the club soda. Garnish with mint sprig or skewer of fresh blueberries.

Cruzan® Coconut Mojito 

2 parts Cruzan® Aged Light Rum
1 part Cruzan® Coconut Rum
8-10 Mint Leaves
2 Lime Wedges
1 tspn Sugar
Coconut Soda or Coconut Water
Mint Sprigs wrapped in Lime twist for garnish

Directions: Muddle Mint, Lime & Sugar, top with Rums and ice. Shake 2 times to mix. Add Coconut Soda/Water to top.

SPIKED MOJITO

2 oz. BULLDOG Gin
1 1/2 oz. Lychee Juice
1 oz. Simple Syrup
3 Sprigs of Fresh Mint
2 Lime Slice
Club Soda

Directions: Muddle mint and lime slices. Shake with BULLDOG Gin, lychee juice and sugar with ice. Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Top with club soda

Skinnygirl Mojito

5 parts Skinnygirl Mojito
6 fresh mint leaves
Lime wedge for garnish

Directions: Pour Skinnygirl Mojito over ice in a tall glass. Stir in mint leaves for a splash of color. arnish with fresh mint leaves and a lime wedge. No muddling required.

SVEDKA's Watermelon Mint Refresher

3/4 oz. Monin Watermelon
3/4 oz. Monin Mojito Mix
3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
1 1/4 oz. SVEDKA Colada
Fill with sparking water over ice

Directions: Combine ingredients with ice, cap and shake, pour into tall serving glass. Fill with sparking water and stir or transfer from cup to cup. Garnish with watermelon chunks and mint sprig or leaf.

Mint Condition

1.5 oz. Lemon SMIRNOFF Sorbet Light Lemon
0.75 oz. Simply Syrup
0.75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
2 oz. Club Soda
7 Mint leaves
Mint sprig
Lemon wheel
Glassware: Rocks glass

Directions: Combine all ingredients except the soda in a rocks glass, add ice, shake, strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass, top with soda and garnish with mint sprig and lemon wheel.

Campari Mojito

50ml Campari
2–4 lime wedges
15ml Demerara sugar or sugar syrup
8–16 large mint leaves (adjust to taste)
Crushed ice
Soda water
fresh mint

Direction: Add the lime and sugar to a tall glass and muddle with a spoon. Add the mint leaves. Fill the glass with crushed ice and pour in the Campari. Rapidly raise and lower the spoon to thoroughly mix the drink, and then top with soda. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint, rubbing the leaves before serving to release the bouquet

Cali Mojito

2 oz Caliche Rum
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
¼ oz Agave Nectar
8 Mint Leaves
Crushed ice on top
Garnish: Mint Sprig

Directions: In a mixing glass, lightly muddle the mint, agave nectar and fresh lime juice. Fill glass with Caliche Rum and ice, and shake until well chilled. Strain into highball glass, top with the crushed ice and garnish.

Orange Julep

2 tbsp of water
1 sugar cube
1.25 oz Bulleit Bourbon
1.5 oz orange juice
2 dashes of orange bitters
6-8 mint leaves
0.5 cup crushed ice
mint sprig

Directions: Add sugar cube, mint leaves and water to a tall Collins glass and muddle together. Fill glass with crushed ice. Pour Bulleit Bourbon and orange juice over ice. Add bitters and garnish with mint sprig.

Kentucky Orange Mojito

1.5 oz Maker's Mark
2 orange chunks
0.75 oz lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
Splash of cranberry juice

Directions: In a cocktail shaker, muddle orange chunks with lemon juice, simple syrup and mint. Add bourbon. Top with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into an ice-filled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist and mint sprig.
