TGIF Cocktail Recipe of the Day: Last Minute Fourth of July Cocktail Recipes

1 ½ parts Sugar Island Coconut Rum
½ part fresh lime juice
1-2 packets of your choice of sugar substitute
Splash of ginger ale or ginger beer
Directions: Muddle sweetener and strawberries together; add lime, rum and ice. Shake and strain into a tall glass with ice. Top with a splash of ginger ale (diet optional) or ginger beer. Garnish with half a strawberry on the rim of the glass.
Basil Hayden’s® Independence Spice

1 ½ parts Basil Hayden's® Bourbon
½ part Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ parts Simple Syrup
7 Mint Leaves
2-3 parts Sparkling Wine
Directions: Muddle 6 blackberries and 6 mint leaves in a Boston Shaker with ¼ part simple syrup. In the mixing glass, combine Basil Hayden's® Bourbon, lemon juice and remaining simple syrup and add to the muddled blackberries and mint leaves. Add ice and shake. Double strain into a Collins glass with fresh crushed ice. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a skewered mint leaf and blackberry.
Hendrick’s Cucumber Lemonade
3 parts Hendrick’s Gin
2 parts fresh lemon juice
2 parts simple syrup
Direction: In a long glass combine ingredients. Add ice, top with sparkling water, give a gentle stir and garnish with a cucumber spears
cinnamon and a speared cherry.
Cruzan® Caribbean Dream
1 1/2 part Cruzan® Blueberry Lemonade Rum
1/2 part Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 part Cream
Directions: Combine all ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds and double strain into a shot glass. Garnish with freshly grated cinnamon and a speared cherry.
1 part Sauza® Blue Silver 100% Agave Tequila
½ part DeKuyper® Blue Curacao
2 parts frozen lemonade
1 2̷3 parts light beer
Cherries (for garnish)
Lime wedge (for garnish)
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a glass filled with ice. Garnish with cherries and a lime wedge and enjoy!
1 part Alberta® Rye Dark Batch™ Whisky
4-5 parts hard cider
1 dash aromatic bitters
Directions: Build in collins glass over ice.
Fire In The Sky
1.5 oz. Jack Daniel's Tennessee Fire
1 oz. Apple Juice
Apple slices for garnish
Directions:Shake Jack Fire with apple juice and ice. Strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass. Top with a mild ginger beer. Garnish with apple slices and fun 4th of July décor!
Red, White & Bluegrass State
2 parts Maker’s Mark® Bourbon
2–3 large blackberries
½ part raspberry liqueur
2 parts ginger ale
Directions: Muddle 2 or 3 large blackberries in an Old Fashioned glass with a splash of raspberry liqueur. Add in equal parts Maker’s Mark® Bourbon and ginger ale. Stir gently. Top off with ice.
1 oz Snow Leopard Vodka
½ oz Blue Curacao
½ oz Lemon Juice
3 oz Sprite
1 Mini Rose
1 Lemon Wedge
Directions: Combine ingredients, shake and serve.
2 parts Skinnygirl® Bare Naked Vodka
1 part club soda
Watermelon balls, frozen
Directions: Shake vodka with ice. Pour into martini glass and top with club soda. Spear frozen watermelon with a toothpick and drop in glass.
