Cruzan_Independence Sparkler

A Fiery Ménage

1 ½ parts Ménage à Trois Triple Berry Vodka
¼ part cinnamon simple syrup
½ part lemon juice
¼ part wild berry syrup
5 parts dry sparkling wine (such as Ménage à Trois Prosecco)

Directions: Add all ingredients over ice. Shake and strain into a champagne flute, top with Champagne.

Berry American

1 part St-Germain French Elderflower Liqueur
2 parts Vodka
¾ part Fresh Lemon
¼ part Simple Syrup
1 part Muddled Strawberry
Top with Martini & Rossi Sparkling Rosé

Directions: Shake and strain over fresh ice in a Collins glass. Top with Martini & Rossi Sparkling Rosé. Garnish with strawberries.

3 oz. Appleton® Estate Reserve Blend
1 oz. Triple Sec
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz. Simple Syrup
3-4 Watermelon Chunks
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper

Directions: Muddle watermelon chunks in a shaker. Add ice and other ingredients and shake. Strain into a rocks or highball glass over crushed ice and garnish with a small watermelon wedge, lime or sprig of mint.

Star-Spangled Sangria

3 cups Martin & Rossi Prosecco
¼ cup Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice or Lemonade
6 large Mint Leaves
1½ cups Sparkling Water
3 Lemon Slices
5 Fresh Strawberries (sliced)
3 Cucumber Slices

Directions: Combine lemon juice, mint leaves, sparkling water, lemons, strawberries and cucumbers in a pitcher. Gently stir in chilled Martini & Rossi Prosecco just before serving. Garnish each glass with a sprig of mint. *Serves six*

Green Thumb

1 ½ oz. Johnnie Walker Black Label
3 Cherry Tomatoes
1 Pinch Thai Basil (or regular basil)
1 Pinch Kosher Salt
¾ ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ ounce Agave Nectar
Pinch each of Smoked Paprika and Cayenne Pepper for Garnish
Basil Leaf and Cherry Tomato Skewer Garnish

Directions: Add all ingredients except the Johnnie Walker Black Label into a cocktail shaker and muddle gently. Add in Johnnie Walker Black Label and ice, and shake vigorously. Strain over fresh ice into an Old Fashioned glass. Add a pinch of smoked paprika and cayenne pepper on top of the drink. Garnish with a Thai Basil Sprig (Or normal basil sprig) and Cherry Tomato skewer. Ideal Serving Glass:Old Fashioned. Yield: One drink, no drink contains more than 0.6 fluid ounces of alcohol.

TEN Summer Slushy

1 oz. Tanqueray No.TEN
½ oz. Dark Horse Rose
1 oz. Lime
1 ½ oz. Honey
4 2x2 inch Chunks of Watermelon (preferably frozen)
½ cup Ice (¼ cup if water melon is frozen)
Dash of Peychauds Bitters
Tarragon sprig for garnish

Directions: Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until mixture takes on slushy texture. Pour in cocktail glass and garnish with tarragon sprig. Ideal Serving Glass: Wine Glass. One drink, no drink contains more than 0.6 fluid ounces of alcohol

Citrus-Spangled Spritzer

1 part Pinnacle® Citrus Vodka
1 part DeKuyper® Blue Curacao Liqueur
2 parts Lemon Soda
1 part Grenadine
Lemon for garnish
Blueberries for garnish
Mint Sprig for garnish

Directions: Lightly mix the vodka and lemon soda in a cocktail shaker with ice and set aside. In a tall glass, add the grenadine slowly to the bottom. Fill the glass with crushed ice. Strain the vodka soda mixture over the back of a bar spoon, followed by the blue curacao. Garnish with fresh mint, lemon rind star and berries (optional).

BACARDÍ Red Rum Punch

1.5 parts BACARDÍ Raspberry
1.5 parts BACARDÍ Limon
1.5 parts BACARDÍ Superior
1 part Grenadine
4 parts Sweet & Sour
1 part cranberry juice
Mint & lemon for garnish

Directions: Combine ingredients

SVEDKA’s Red, White & Boom

1 1/2 parts SVEDKA Vodka from the Limited Edition Party Bottle
1 part watermelon schnapps
1/2 part cranberry juice
1/2 part lemon juice
1/2 part simple syrup
1/4 part blue curaçao
soda water

Directions: Build in the glass. Add watermelon schnapps and cranberry juice over ice, then carefully add lemon, simple syrup, and SVEDKA as to layer the white layer, then VERY carefully layer the blue Curacao to create the color separation, and gently top with soda. Garnish with fresh watermelon pieces.

Cruzan® Independence Sparkler

1 part Cruzan® Strawberry Rum
1 part Cruzan® Aged Light Rum
1/2 part Sugar
1 half of a Fresh Lime, cut into quarters
6 Fresh Basil Leaves
Soda Water

Directions : Muddle lime and basil with sugar in a tumbler. Add Cruzan Strawberry and Aged Light Rums and ice, then shake 2 times to mix. Pour into a rocks glass and top with soda. Garnish with basil & a fanned strawberry slice.
