BOMBAY Bramble

1 oz. BOMBAY SAPPHIRE®
.25 oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
Drizzle simple syrup
Drizzle Crème de cassis
Blackberry / slice of lemon

Glass: Old-Fashioned/Rocks

Directions: Shake first three ingredients vigorously with ice & strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Slowly pour the crème de cassis into the centre of the glass allowing it to sink through the mix. Garnish with fresh blackberry.

The Firecracker

2 parts Skinnygirl Cucumber Vodka
2 parts low-sodium tomato juice
Splash of fresh lemon juice
Squeeze of fresh lime juice
Dash of Worcestershire sauce (to taste)
Dash of hot sauce
Sprinkle of celery salt
Cucumber wheel
Lime wedge

Directions: Mix ingredients over ice. Garnish with lime, cucumber, celery salt and enjoy!

Cali Spark

2 oz Caliche Rum
3/4 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Agave nectar
3 watermelon cubes approximately 1 square inch.
2 oz sparkling dry wine. (Any dry Prosseco or Cava)
Fresh Watermelon for garnish.

Directions: In a cocktail tin muddle the 3 watermelon cubes, add the remaining ingredients, except for the sparkling wine, fill with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled . Strain into an ice filled highball or collins glass. Garnish with a watermelon garnish.

American Dream

1.5 oz. Alizé COCO Pineapple
¾ oz. Apricot Liqueur
¾ oz. Cream
1 oz. Pineapple Juice

Directions: Shake, strain into coupe glass, garnish with pineapple wedge and candied apricot.

BIG BLUE
1 ½ oz. SKYY Vodka

2 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice

½ oz. Triple Sec

1 oz.Simple Syrup

½ oz. Blue Curacao
½ oz. Water
4 Blackberries

Directions: Mix all ingredients together in a shaker and pour over crushed ice. Garnish with blackberries on a wooden or metal skewer.

AÇAÍ-BLUEBERRY COOLER
1 bottle Van Gogh Açaí-Blueberry Vodka
25 raspberries
2 cups lemonade
1 liter club soda

Directions: In a blender, blend the raspberries with a little bit of water. Add to a pitcher with other ingredients and stir together with ice to chill and dilute. When ready to serve, pour over ice into a tall glass, top with a bit extra club soda or sparkling wine, and stir briefly. Garnish with a mint sprig and raspberries. Serves 15-20.

Red, White and Berry
2 oz. (60 ml) BULLDOG Gin
1 oz. (30 ml) Simple Syrup
1 oz. (30 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
2 Spoons Mixed Berry Compote
(blueberries, blackberries,
strawberries and sugar cooked
down to compote)

*Quick & Easy Version –1:2 parts
BULLDOG & lemonade w/
muddled mixed berries.

Directions: Mix ingredients and serve.

Independent Lady

50ml / 2 oz Belvedere Vodka
15ml / ¼ oz Simple Syrup
20ml / ½ oz Lemon Juice
6 Raspberries
Dash Egg White

Directions: Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a raspberry.

The All American

1.5 oz. SMIRNOFF Root Beer Float Flavored Vodka
Top with Cherry Cola

Directions:Fill Glass with ice. Add SMIRNOFF Root Beer Float and Cherry Cola. Garnish with cherry.
