Old Navy Launches Limited-Edition T-shirts to Support the It Gets Better Project
Last Fashion Week, our dear friend Derek Fabulous, hosted a fashion week lounge for the It Gets Better Project. Guests who attended the lounge filmed PSA detailing their experience with the normal angst of growing up in a world where everyone is constantly judge for “not being” normal. Though, the project is and was aimed at supporting young gay people, as they navigate the world of “coming out,” the message is one that everyone can benefit from. It doesn’t matter whether you are gay or straight, most of us have had times in our lives when we just can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel and why we are thrilled Old Navy is joined the fight with their new line of shirts.
The limited-edition tees are currently available at Old Navy stores nationwide and retail between $7.50 and $14.50 with a portion of the sales from the shirt to benefit It Gets Better Project, which supports LGBT youth and suicide-prevention.
