Hot! Celebrate Mother’s Day with Yummy Cocktails

Got the perfect gift for the little lady-check! Made reservations to her favorite restaurant. Still, you want to do something really special for mothers day! Why not try a custom cocktail? Try these yummy cocktails and say thank you Mom.

The Original Cream Pop
Clos du Bois Rouge Sangria
Lemon Smirnoff Sorbet Light Cucumber Spa-tini Front-On 2

The Original Cream Pop

1 1/2 parts SVEDKA Orange Cream Pop
1/2 part Lillet Blanc
1/2 part fresh lemon juice
1/2 part triple sec
1/2 part simple syrup

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

Clos du Bois Rouge Sangria

4 parts Clos du Bois Red Blend 2009
1 part Solerno Blood Orange Liquor
1 part Bacardi Superior
1 part Pineapple Juice
1 part Freshly squeezed Lime
1 part Freshly squeezed Lemon
One Orange slice squeezed into each glass
Freshly grated nutmeg in each glass

Directions: Pour wine in the pitcher and squeeze the juice wedges from the lemon and lime into the wine. Add Blood Orange Liquor and Bacardi Superior. Chill overnight. Add orange and fresh grated nutmeg before serving over ice.

Directions: Combine ingredients. Served in a Champagne Glass.

The Golden Bellini

1 part Courvoisier® Gold
1 part DeKuyper® Peachtree Schnapps
1 part Champagne
Directions: Shake the Courvoisier and Peachtree with ice and strain into a chilled flute, then top with champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Relaxi Taxi Spa-Tini

1.5 oz. SMIRNOFF Sorbet Light Lemon
1.5 oz. Club soda
.05 oz. Lemon juice
0.5 oz. Agave nectar
Garnish: 10 slices cucumber

Directions: Muddle cucumber slices in the bottom of a mixing glass with SMIRNOFF Sorbet Light Lemon, lemon juice and agave nectar. Strain into a chilled martini glass and top with club soda.
