Jeffrey Fashion Cares Raises over $700,000
A mélange of fabulous folks including supermodels, designers, stylists and popstars, arrived at the USS Intrepid Aircraft Carrier for a cocktail party supporting Jeffrey Fashion Cares; an annual fashion organization benefiting lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) communities and those with HIV/AIDS. The night evening also served as a toast to Terrence Meck, Executive Director of The Palette Fund, winner of the first annual Jeffrey Fashion Cares Community Leadership Award.
In addition to felicitating Mack on his awards, guests also sipped wines from Kim Crawford Wines, drank specialty cocktails from Belvedere Vodka, noshed on bites from Stanton Social and raised over $700,000. The money raised will be split among four following organizations — Lambda Legal, The Hetrick-Martin Institute, the AIDS Community Research Initiative of America(ACRIA), and The Point Foundation.
Notable in attendance included models Kate Upton, Jessica Stam, Irina Shayk, Jessica White; designers Antonio Azzuolo, Olivier Theyskens, Joseph Altuzarra, Thom Browne, and Alejandro Ingelmo as well as Jeffrey Care Founder Jeffrey Kalinsky.
