Anna Wintour Graces the Cover of WSJ Magazine
Our favorite “mean girl” and fashion industry leader Anna Wintour, who inspired the classic movie, The Devil Wears Prada, is the cover model for the April 2011 of WSJ Magazine.
The image which was shot by famed photographer, Mario Testino, features Anna in her trademark sunglasses and hair cut looking at something unknown. We can only assume she is thinking of ways to further conquer the world. After all the Vogue editor is credited with revolutionizing shopping with her Fashion Night Out venture.
“She basically created a holiday from scratch,” says Deborah Needleman, editor of WSJ. “Who else has the power to take New York and create a holiday?” Only queen Anna and why we love her.
