Oscar-nominated Amy Adams' hair in American Hustle was every bit fabulous. We can't wait to see what this beauty will be wearing on the red carpet.

Turn your party into a red carpet affair of your own with this voluminous look that you can create at home. PRAVANA stylist Jamie Muniz breaks down the steps:

1. Begin with NEVO Full Volume and a light spray of Invisible Control for heat protection, hold, and volume.

2. Blow dry with a large round brush. Using a set of medium hot rollers, set the hair in a horizontal pattern on top and through the back of the head, and set the sides of the hair in a slightly diagonal pattern. Allow to cool completely.

3. Take the rollers out and spray lightly. Brush through the set and reform the ends of the curled strands with your hands lightly coated with drops of NEVO Hydra Pearls.

*PRAVANA products mentioned are $19.00 and can be found at Ulta stores or at www.pravana.com.

What's an Oscars party without some bubbly? Have the flutes out and ready for guests in case you are still preparing when they arrive.

Partake like the characters in The Wolf of Wall Street, though maybe not as wild... check out our Oscar Cocktail Recipes for creative and yummy drinks you can incorporate into the evening to be the ultimate hostess!

How adorable are these mini movie props? Decorate the room in red, black, and gold accents in reference to the red carpet, black-tie fashion, and ritz of the golden awards ceremony. You can even simply drape a red tablecloth to help set the mood, instantly dressing up your table display.

And let's not forget the quintessential movie snacks like popcorn!

We admit: we're beyond excited about the fact that Idina Menzel will be performing "Let It Go" from Frozen on Oscar's night. A film that has captured the hearts of children and adults alike, its famous song deserves a little something sweet to go with it.

Ashley Phipps of Simply Designing has concocted this playful, Frozen inspired peppermint rock candy that looks as cool as Olaf when he's not next to heat. Check out the easy recipe for this treat that will wow your guests for sure.

If you're the competitive type and looking for something hands-on for you and the gang to do during the countless commercial breaks, how about getting a little crafty?

We're preaching this thanks to you, Mayhem. Our newest favorite find has to be @2sisters_angie on Instagram, which showcases the remarkable collection of dresses made by the adorable 4-year-old affectionately known as Mayhem and her mom, Angie. Together the Mommy-daughter duo create both original pieces and dresses inspired by a mix of Disney/the runways/red carpets/true high fashion events out of -drumroll- paper, tape, and bags (and sometimes fabrics like tulle - but certainly accessible items!).

If you don't already have them lying around your home, stop by the nearest craft store before the party to pick up the materials. During the broadcast of the red carpet arrivals, choose your favorite looks and try to create replicas that would make Mayhem proud.
