84th Oscar’s Red Carpet Roundup
The 84th Academy Awards has officially ended. This year biggest surprise (at least to us) was Meryl Streep win for Best Actress in a Leading Role. However, in terms of fashion the Oscar’s was unbearably predictable. Angelina Jolie, wore her trademark black ensemble which she jazzed up with an über sexy slit (more on that later); Jennifer Lopez wore a deep v-neck gown which might have resulted in a nip slip; and so on.
Oh how we miss the days when celebs dressed themselves! Now, a-listers have a team of professionals who select for them-umm, “give them choices” (on) what to wear. The result is a very boring red-carpet. Still we did love– Viola Davis emerald Vera Wang gown;
Gwyneth Paltrow’s winter white cape from Tom Ford; Michelle Williams coral peplum Louis Vuitton dress; and how gorgeous was Milla Jovovich in her Elie Saab?
