Celebrate V-Day With the Cocktails
Whether you’re consciously uncoupled or happily loved up, here are ten cocktails to celebrate V-Day. Drink up.

1-1/2 oz. Wild Turkey® 81
1 oz. Campari®
1 oz. Lillet® Blanc
2 dashes of orange bitters
Spritz of orange blossom water
Orange twist for garnish
Directions: Fill a shaker with ice and add 1 1/2 oz. Wild Turkey 81, Campari and Lillet Blanc. Stir gently and add two dashes of orange bitters. Discard the ice. Spritz orange blossom water into the glass. Strain the cocktail into the glass with fresh ice. Garnish with an orange twist.
2 oz. Chandon Rose
2 oz. grapefruit juice
1/2 oz. pink peppercorn simple syrup (see below)
1/2 tsp crushed pink peppercorns
Directions: Pour the grapefruit juice and simple syrup in a rocks glass. Stir. Add ice and top with the Rose. Garnish with the crushed pink peppercorns. Serve.
Pink Peppercorn Simple Syrup
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp pink peppercorns
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and let sit at least 30 minutes. Strain and reserve in a container.
Dirty, Spicy Ménage Martini
3 parts Ménage à Trois Vodka
1 part spicy chipotle olive juice
½ part dry vermouth
3 chipotle olives
Directions: Add ice to a shaker, then Ménage à Trois Vodka and two dashes of vermouth and olive juice. Shake, and pour into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with olives for the perfect Ménage à Trois Martini.
GODIVA Chocolate Martini
1 1/2 oz GODIVA Chocolate, White Chocolate or Dark Chocolate Liqueur
3/4 oz CIROC Vodka
GODIVA Chocolate Truffle for Garnish
Directions:Combine your GODIVA Liqueur of choice with CIROC Vodka in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain contents into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with your favorite GODIVA chocolate truffle. *Serve in Martini Glass
The House Warming
1.5 parts Courvoisier VSOP
.75 parts DeKuyper Pomegranate Liqueur
.5 parts fresh squeezed lemon juice
.5 parts hibiscus tea syrup
Directions: Shake and strain into a coupe glass. Garnished with a hibiscus flower and pomegranate seeds.
Cruzan Cinngle Lady
1 1/2 parts Cruzan® Black Strap Rum
1 part Cruzan® Velvet Cinn™ Horchata with Rum
1/2 parts Coco Lopez® Cream of Coconut
Directions: Combine all over crushed ice and stir. Garnish with fresh grated nutmeg.
2 parts Sauza® Blue Silver 100% Agave Tequila
½ part fresh lemon juice
¼ part agave nectar
¼ part ginger syrup
1 tsp. puréed canned chipotle in adobe
½ lime, quartered lengthwise
1 strip red bell pepper, for garnish
1 small piece beef jerky, for garnish
Directions: Combine lemon juice, agave nectar, ginger syrup, chipotle purée, and lime wedges in a cocktail shaker and muddle together. Add ice and tequila, and stir. Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with bell pepper and beef jerky.
[To make your own ginger syrup, boil ⅓ cup sugar and ½ cup water with one 2” piece of peeled and smashed ginger for 5 minutes. Strain and refrigerate.]
Love Potion G

1 ½ oz G'Vine Floraison
3/4 oz Sloe Gin
3/4 oz Lime Juice
1 egg white
3/4 oz Raspberry Syrup
3/4 oz Pomegranate Juice
3 dashes Rhubarb Bitters
Directions: Place all the ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice, shake, and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with a blood orange slice.
1 oz Amarula Cream
1/5 oz cream
1/5 oz milk
1/5 oz pomegranate juice
1 oz Crème De Cacao
shaved flakes of 70% dark chocolate
Directions: Combine the pomegranate juice and Crème De Cacao and pour into a highball glass layered with pomegranate seeds at the bottom and fill three-quarters with ice. Mix the remaining ingredients in a cocktail shaker, blender or closed container with ice and strain into the highball glass. Add another layer of pomegranate seeds on top, along with shaved flakes of 70% dark chocolate.
.5 oz. Smirnoff Raspberry Flavored Vodka
0.5 oz. Cranberry juice
Directions: Fill shaker with ice. Add Smirnoff Raspberry Flavored Vodka and cranberry juice. Shake. Garnish with 3 cranberries on a stick.
