TGIF Cocktail Recipe of the Day: Valentine’s Day Cocktails
Its almost Valentine’s Day and we want you have a proper cocktail to celebrate just cause. No matter your taste, relationship status, or spirit preference we are sure there’s a cocktail recipe to suite your pallet. Cheers.
1.5 parts Courvoisier® VSOP
.75 parts Cruzan® Guava Rum
1.5 parts Lemon Sour Mix
1.0 parts Pineapple Juice
.50 parts DeKuyper® Strawberry Pucker
Directions: Shake all ingredients with ice and strain over fresh ice in a Hurricane style glass.
Garnish with a Pineapple/cherry stack on the rim.

This twist on the classic Vesper Martini embraces the triple berry flavors of the vodka and has an appropriately festive rosé color. This cocktail will set the mood, as you sip and enjoy while overlooking the majestic city.
1.5 parts Ménage à Trois Berry Vodka
1.5 parts Lillet Rosé
1 part Tanqueray (or other juniper forward gin)
.25 parts Campari
Directions: Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir for about 20 seconds with Kold Draft ice (or ten seconds with smaller ice). Strain into rocks glass with "whisky stones" or large cube of ice. Garnish with lemon twist.

1 ½ parts Maker's Mark Bourbon
1 part Pomegranate Juice
½ par lemon juice
Ginger Beer (chilled) to fill
Directions: Combine lemon juice, pomegranate juice and bourbon in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for a minute then pour over ice in a Collins glass and top off with ginger beer; garnish with lime wheels (optional).
CRUZ Choco- Tini

Try this choco-licious dessert drink as an alternative to the ordinary box of Valentine’s Day chocolates.
2 parts CRUZ Reposado Tequila
3 parts Choco-vine, Chocolate Wine
Directions: Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a martini glass, garnish with chocolate sauce and cinnamon.
Cruzan® Valentine Sparkler
1 1/2 parts Cruzan® Aged Light Rum
1/2 part Vanilla Simple Syrup
1/2 part Unsweetened Fresh Cranberry Juice
4 parts Sparkling Wine
Directions:Combine all ingredients in a champagne flute and stir twice. Garnish with an orange peel cut in the shape of a heart.

1/1/2oz Woodford Reserve Distiller’s Select
1/2oz Lemon juice
1/2oz Rothman and Winter Orchard Cherry Liquor
bar spoon Maraschino liquor
Directions: Shake and strain into a high ball with fresh ice and top with soda
Garnish with a bandied cherry lemon peel flag.
The Swifty Sweet Cocktail

120 ml Prosecco
20 ml bubblegum liqueur
1 cube candy floss
1 candy cane
Directions: Add bubblegum liqueur and Prosecco into mixing glass and stir. Serve the candy floss and candy can into a martini glass and add Prosecco mix.
'Earned It' French 75
1.5 oz Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège
.5 oz Simple syrup
.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Sparkling wine or champagne
Directions: Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice, except champagne. Shake to chill, strain into a flute and top with champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist.
SVEDKA’s Cupid’s Arrow
2 parts SVEDKA Citron
3⁄4 part simple syrup
3⁄4 Part fresh lime juice
Directions: Muddle blackberries in a cocktail shake. Add SVEDKA citron, lime juice, simple syrup, and ice. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a blackberry and a lemon wheel.

2 parts Connemara® Irish Whiskey
1/2 part Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 part Simple Syrup
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Directions: Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
