H&M Releases Eco-Conscious Line
Our favorite retailer, Hemmes and Mauritz but better known as a H&M, recently announced the release of the H&M Conscious Collection. The new line is unique and a first for the company and is eco-friendly. The green line is made from environmentally-adapted greener materials such as organic cotton, Tencel® and recycled polyester made from PET bottles and textiles, so you can feel good about buying and wearing these comfy pieces. Look for items in shades of white for men, women, and children. Clean lines, pretty lace appliqué Broderie Anglaise, and delicate draping make the women’s collection feminine and romantic.
And this is just the beginning: H&M will feature this collection at different points in the year, updating the pieces for the current season. “By designing recurring Conscious Collections we have the opportunity to show in a variety of ways what’s possible using more sustainable fabrics,” says Ann-Sofie Johansson, H&M head of design.
Check out the new collection at H&M stores nationwide starting on April 14th.
