LUCKY 6 FOR LUCKYRICE’S 6TH YEAR, NOW IN 6 MARKETS
The sixth annual LUCKYRICE Festival, an annual Asian Epicurean celebration, presented by BOMBAY SAPPHIRE® East gin is coming to NYC and other markets. The festival kicks off with a Chinese New Year of the Sheep party on February 24, before bringing its Feasts from New York (March 20), to Chicago (launching for the first time this summer), followed by Los Angeles (August), San Francisco (September), Las Vegas (October) and Miami (November).
Festival tickets to the New York Feast go on-sale to the public on Tuesday, February 17, 2015 and to American Express Cardmembers during an exclusive two-week presale window starting tomorrow, February 3, 2015. Tickets will be available at www.luckyrice.com.
LUCKYRICE Feasts gather together the most popular concepts throughout the life of the Festival, including street food from Night Market, Asian fine dining concepts from Grand Feast and cocktails from Moon Cocktail Feast, into one-night extravaganzas that will travel across the country in collaboration with local chefs.
This year, LUCKYRICE will also pop up with cultural events such as the Chinese New Year of the Sheep and A Mid-Autumn Moon Cocktail Feast. In addition, LUCKYRICE brings back the popular Ramen Slurpfest in October, adding a first-ever Los Angeles edition to this year’s line-up.
LUCKYRICE FEASTS gather over 30 of each city’s top chefs and bartenders to create a food and drink extravaganza with a spotlight on Asian cuisine. From the top of the Mandarin Oriental overlooking Central Park to the beachfront oasis in South Beach, these large-scale, walk-around tastings bring together celebrated chefs from the LUCKYRICE Culinary Council along with local talent.
