Editors Turned Figure Skaters at Veuve Clicquot’s Annual Winter Celebration
Editors filled with courage, the kind one gets from consuming a gratuitous amount of alcohol, in this case Veuve Clicquot, took to the High Line ice rink to showcase their best figure skating move. The group, of course, was gathered for Clicquot in the Snow: Olympic Edition party.
As in the past, the celebration, included an abundance of champs, warm cocktails (as in spiked apple cider), the most and delicious wintery bites–such as fried mac & cheese bites, mini truffled grilled cheese and waffles drizzled and a serious game of Jenga . For the celebration–DJ Reach manned the turnables with a well curated selection of current hits that had some of the usual suspects including Padma Lakshmi, Zosia Mamet, Rebecca Minkoff, Princess Eugenie of York, Nicole Miller, Steven Kolb, Caitlin Moe, Charlotte Sarkozy, Ruffian designers Brian Wolk and Claude Morais, jamming like it was 1999. The celebrations continued with a lot of dancing, a lot of flutes, and ended with the funniest ice-dancing competition this editor has ever seen.
