Red Door Spa Opening Benefits GO Project
We were delighted to attend last night’s opening of Elizabeth Arden’s Red Door Spa in Union Square, a bash that was filled with fanfare. Models overlooked the bustling crowd of partygoers, standing on elevated pedestals, donning red Arden evening gowns. Bubbly circulated in abundance, along with a lovely raspberry passion fruit vodka cocktail.
This event benefited local charity the GO Project, an organization dedicated to providing critical academic, social and emotional support, through year-round educational and family support services, for low-income New York City school children. Hosted by GO Project Board members and supporters, who included Patricia Lansing and Karen Duffy Lambros, media influencers such as Hannah Bronfman and Gillian Miniter were welcomed and even enjoyed a signature cocktail or two.
Impressive offerings of Red Door Spa include lavish skin and hair treatments as well as makeup and nail services. Boasting 10,000 square feet across two floors, this luxury spa and beauty boutique is an impressive urban escape. With signature services ranging from 30 minute massages to full on body treatments, we are excited for a return visit to get pampered and try a Red Door Signature Massage, a treatment that includes essences of rose oil, shea butter cream, facial acupressure and foot reflexology. Luxurious!
